The GMP Training Academy is operated by Truex Consultancy B.V., Plotterweg 6E, 3821 BB Amersfoort, The Netherlands, KvK 96819111. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The glossary, the self-assessment, the findings library, the preview lessons and any checklist or template we publish are free to use at work and to print for your own team. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them, or present them as your own, without written permission.

Joining a founding list or a waitlist records your interest and nothing more. It is not a contract, it does not reserve a seat, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. Where we state a founding price and the date it is held until, we will honour that for people on the list at the time. We may change prices for everyone else, and we may change or withdraw a course that is still in development.

The Essentials Series is delivered on the Truex Consultancy B.V. course platform at truex-consultancy.com. When you enrol, the contract for the course, and that platform’s own terms and privacy notice, apply to the purchase. This site describes the courses; it does not sell them.

Everything here is general professional information, not advice on your specific situation. It does not replace your company’s procedures, your quality unit’s judgement, or advice from a qualified professional. Decisions about batch disposition, classification of an event, notification of an authority and product recall remain yours and your QP’s.

We are not accredited by any regulator, and no regulator endorses this or any other training provider. Where we cite EU GMP, ICH or PIC/S, we do so for education. Those bodies are not associated with us.

We take care to keep the content accurate and current, and we review published courses at least twice a year. We do not warrant that it is error-free or complete, and guidance changes. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the free material on this site. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Entries in the findings library are written from the deficiency categories regulators publish, not from named inspection reports. They do not identify any company, site or inspector, and any resemblance to a specific event is coincidental.

The course material, the assessment questions, the findings library and the design of this site belong to Truex Consultancy B.V.. Course access is granted to the named learner for their own use. Sharing a login, or reproducing course material for people who have not enrolled, is not permitted. Team and site licences are available for that purpose.

We link to regulatory sources and to the course platform. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
