Why the heatmap matters. Instead of training everyone on everything, the live session spends its 90 minutes on the questions your team actually failed. Managers see the gap close in numbers, before and after.
The specifics

What you actually get

Seats
From 5 to 500 per site. Unused seats stay valid for 12 months and can be reassigned when people leave.
Manager view
Who has started, who has passed, who is overdue, per person and per course. Exportable as CSV.
Records
Completion record and certificate PDF per learner, named by employee ID if you want them filed that way.
Timing
Access within one working day of order. Live sessions scheduled within three weeks.
Content
Same courses as individual learners, with your SOP numbers referenced on request.
Invoicing
One invoice per order or per quarter. Purchase orders accepted.
